CX-100 is a kind of non-solvent, solid content The trifunctional aziridine crosslinking agent with more than 99% is widely used in leather, textile, ink, coating, pressure sensitive adhesive, adhesive, curing agent and other fields. Chemicals and adhesion on the substrate have been significantly improved;
The cross-linking agent is an environmentally friendly cross-linking agent, after cross-linking, no harmful substances such as formaldehyde are emitted, and the finished product after cross-linking is non-toxic and odorless;
The addition amount is usually 1-3% of the solid content of the emulsion, and the best addition is when the PH value of the emulsion is 8-9. Do not use it in acidic media (PH<7);
CX-100 mainly cross-links with the carboxyl group in the emulsion. It can also cross-link with the amine group and hydroxyl group under the catalysis of strong acid. Therefore, when adjusting the pH of the system, use aprotic organic bases as much as possible;

The aziridine cross-linking agent can undergo cross-linking reaction at room temperature, but the baking effect is better at 60-80 degrees;
This cross-linking agent is a two-component cross-linking agent. Once it is added to the system, it should be used up within two days, otherwise it will form a partial gel phenomenon;
The crosslinking agent is miscible with water and common solvents. Therefore, it can be directly mixed into the system under vigorous stirring under normal circumstances, or it can be dissolved in water and solvent before being added to the system;
The cross-linking agent has a storage period of 24 months at room temperature and airtight conditions; it is a non-flammable and explosive product, but it is corrosive to a certain extent and is a general hazardous product.

Purpose:

Improve the water resistance, washing resistance, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance of the leather coating;
Improve the water resistance, anti-adhesion and high temperature resistance of the water-based printing coating;
Improve the water resistance and detergent resistance of water-based inks;
In the water-based parquet floor paint, it can improve its water resistance, alcohol resistance, detergent resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance;
In water-based industrial paint, it can improve its water resistance, alcohol resistance, and anti-sticking;
In vinyl coatings, it can reduce the migration of plasticizers and improve stain resistance;
Improve its abrasion resistance in water-based cement sealant;
It can generally improve the adhesion of water-based systems on non-porous substrates.

Use and toxicity:

The product has a pungent ammonia smell. After long-term inhalation, it will cause drinking cough, runny nose, and present a kind of fake cold symptoms; contact with the skin will cause skin redness and swelling according to the resistance of different people, and even goose bumps symptoms, but the above symptoms are general It disappears on its own within 2-6 days. In severe cases, follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment. Therefore, it must be handled carefully and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, and try to use it in a ventilated environment. Pay special attention to mouth and nose inhalation when spraying, and you should wear a special mask for operation.
