2. properties and applications: blue black. insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol is blue-black, soluble in benzene and toluene, soluble in acid and stearic acid. in concentrated sulfuric acid for blue to blue black, dilution after blue-black precipitation; in concentrated nitric acid for blue to black blue. the dye which is components mixture.
