silibasera-4305 polyurethane mold release is solvent based and made by a variety of wax, high solid content, mainly used in automotive car seats, pu flexible padding foam, headrests, sofa, mattress, flexible pu t o y s and other product components, especially for 30-80℃ hot and cold cure foam.
usage instruction:
● silibasera-4305 polyurethane mold release does not contain harmful solvents and heavy metals, such as alkyl phenols, amines, plasticizers, cadmium and lead, during usage can reduce evaporation of harmful gases.
● very slight in the mold release agent accumulation.
● when releasing the superior low temperature performance, best used at 30-80℃.
● when it uses can be brush, wipe coating, spray coating, etc.
● 1kg release agent is diluted with 10~15 kilograms with solvent before using, a reasonable choice of dilution please according to the size of gun nozzle and practical trial accordingly.
storage stability: storage for 12 months at least hermetically under indoor normal temperature.
