NT CAT SA102 is used in conjunction with methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride and can be used to prepare high-transparency products. Mainly used in the production of LED adhesives and other products, the recommended addition amount is 2~5% of the curing agent.

SA-102 catalyst is a heat-sensitive polyurethane catalyst with delayed reaction. Under room temperature conditions, the SA-102 catalyst activity is very low, and under the condition of increased heat, the activity can increase rapidly, which is close to the activity of metal salt catalysts.

SA-102 in the conventional amine catalyst system has little effect on the initial reaction rate and fluidity during the foaming process, and it mainly acts in the late stage of the foam reaction. , Can greatly accelerate the curing time, thereby shortening the demolding time.

The appearance of this product is light gray liquid, low viscosity, slight amine odor, easily soluble in water, and soluble in most organic solvents. It is easy to absorb carbon dioxide and moisture in the air, so please close the lid tightly and store it in a sealed condition.

Application:

SA-102 is recommended to be used together with other conventional catalysts. In the self-skinning system: it can shorten the demolding time, improve the production efficiency and does not affect the early milking time; also It can be used in the formulation of 141B foaming, full water foaming and rigid foam board system.

SA-102 can also be used as an epoxy resin accelerator, mainly used for light-emitting diodes, LED packaging, etc. The heat release is slower, so that the products have High transparency, yellowing.
