2-ethylhexanoic acid solution of triethylenediamine, amine catalyst 8154, catalyst 8154, acid blocked tertiary amine catalyst, polyurethane delayed gel catalyst, delayed gel catalyst 8154

Product Usage

Catalyst 8154 is an acid-blocked tertiary amine catalyst, which is mainly used to promote the reaction of urethane (polyol-isocyanate), with delayed reaction initiation Role;

Catalyst 8154 is mainly used for polyurethane molded foam to extend the milking time, improve fluidity, and increase foam processing efficiency.

Introduction:

Catalyst 8154 is a kind of blocked tertiary amine polyurethane catalyst, which mainly promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction of polyurethane foaming. Provide delayed catalysis in the foaming of rigid and rigid polyurethane.

Typical physical properties:

Appearance Amber transparent liquid
Proportion 1.04
Viscosity@25℃ mPa.s 160
Water-soluble 25℃ completely dissolved
Flash point, ℃ 110

Features:

Polyurethane delays gel catalysis and provides excellent fluidity

Improve the curing time of polyurethane foam without extending the demolding time

The corrosiveness is lower than other polyurethane delay catalysts

Recommendations:

Catalyst 8154 is used in polyurethane foam molding applications to provide a delayed opalization time to facilitate mold filling and closing and improve fluidity. Improve production efficiency throughout the molding foam operation.

Catalyst 8154 catalyst is also used as a co-catalyst, which can replace 25% of the existing catalyst combination to improve the curing effect without significantly changing the initial reaction of the reaction.

Catalyst 8154 can also be used in rigid foam applications, polyurethane insulation boards, polyurethane insulation pipes, polyurethane panels, polyurethane sealants, and polyurethane waterproof coatings.

Shelf Life:

Keep it unopened for two years

Storage and transportation:

Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

Packaging:

200KG/bucket Storage: It is recommended to store in a dry and cool area with proper ventilation. After the original packaging, please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible to prevent the product performance from being mixed with other substances such as waterproof grade. Store in a cool, dry place, keep the container tightly closed, and avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, take a shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and use them after washing. Maintain good hygiene habits. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry and cool place with proper ventilation. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, as this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are inappropriate and should be avoided as much as possible.
