NT CAT-300 is a delayed gelation catalyst specially designed for the production of polyurethane seat cushions and backrests for automobiles. The production of foam will have good openings. Performance, but at the same time maintain the stability of the foaming formula, will not collapse, for the use of MDI ingredients, fast response and slower flow system, can improve the foam fluidity;

NT CAT-300 is mainly suitable for molding high resilience, PUR and PIR non-continuous sheets.

Features and advantages:

1. Delayed cross-linking tertiary amine composite catalyst.

2. The crosslinking effect of delayed catalyst A-300 is the same as that of A-33 (33% triethylenediamine).

3. After the foaming rises, slow down the viscosity increase speed and improve the fluidity. Provide enough time for the foaming materials to be evenly distributed in the cavity.

4. Suitable for full MDI formula or MDI/TDI mixed formula.

5. Traditional high-water MDI formulations generally have closed cells. The use of delayed catalyst A-300 can produce relatively open cell foams, reducing the force of rolling and opening cells. (Such as nozzles) will not cause damage.

6. The physical properties of foamed plastic products can maintain a long time without decay.

7. Low or non-corrosive, no damage to mild steel (such as nozzles)

8. Amine catalyst A-300 is a delayed cross-linking catalyst specially designed for the production of polyurethane seat cushions and backrests. The production of foam will be more open, but at the same time it will maintain the stability of the foaming formula and will not collapse. For the use of MDI-containing, fast-reacting and slow-flowing systems, the fluidity can be improved.

Storage and transportation:

Packaging:

180KG/bucket Storage: It is recommended to store in a dry and cool area with proper ventilation. After the original packaging, please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible to prevent the product performance from being mixed with other substances such as waterproof grade. Store in a cool, dry place, keep the container tightly closed, and avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, take a shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and use them after washing. Maintain good hygiene habits.
