Single-layer graphene powder is prepared through the rapid thermal reduction of graphene oxide, which is prepared by the optimized Staudenmair’s method. It should be noted that the graphene on the market prepared by the usual method is easy to form the graphene aggregation. It is very hard to re-exfoliate. The resulting graphene agglomerate is harmful for most applications. Our product is maded from single-layered graphene oxide powder, which has already been monodisperse and has the single layer ratio of more than 95%.

Advantage 2 of our product: Ultrahigh BET. Take advantage of the monodispersion of the graphene sheets in the powder status, the product DING-G1 has very high BET of 900-1200 m2/g.
Advantage 3 of our product: high single-layer ratio. The graphene powder product of DING-G1 have the single-layer ratio of more than 90%. The Figure 3 is the typical AFM image. The produced powder has very low density and is very light. The optical image of fluffy DING-G1 is shown in Figure 4, and the product is easy to float in the air.
