Instructions of SilibaseRA-4ZAL Die Casting Mold Dope:
● The recommended usage (dilution ratio): General processing: 1:120, complex processing: 1:100. Please according to the technology personnel deployment test concentration, finally to determine the best dilution ratio!
● The typical usage: 1kg release agent mixed with 100kgs purified water or mixed with 100 ~ 120 kgs diesel oil.
● If b e y o n d the typical usage, please contact us for technical support.
● Please use deionized water to dilute, helps to prolong the life of working liquid, reduce the use amount of concentrate, fully reflects the performance of the process fluid.
● Unless the technical services allow outside, cannot add other material to concentrate and diluent. After dilution with water, it is milky white liquid.
● The concentration of control may be achieved through the refractometer and refraction coefficient of diluent concentration percentage.
Packing Kinds and Validity:
● 20Kgs/barrel, 170Kgs/drum or according to your demand.
● Sealed and stored at room temperature for at least 18 months from manufacture date. |
