Dabco 1028 is a tertiary amine catalyst for the production of polyurethane foams. It is a clear, colourless liquid with a mild odour.Dabco 1028 is a non-acid closed delayed action catalyst for use in microporous applications where stronger back-end cure is required. It is a controlled activity catalyst for 1,4-butanediol chain-enhancing polyesters and polyether systems.

Precautions for use

Dabco 1028 is a flammable liquid. It should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat and ignition. dabco 1028 can irritate the skin and eyes. In case of contact with the skin or eyes, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.

Storage and transportation:

It should be kept in a sealed container and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

 

Packaging:

200KG/Drum Storage: Storage in a dry and cool area with proper ventilation is recommended. Fasten the lid as soon as possible after original packaging to prevent the mixing of other substances such as moisture from affecting the performance of the product. Do not breathe dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Do not smoke, eat or drink in the workplace. Shower and change clothes after work. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash before use. Maintain good hygiene practices.
