Milling chamber is composed by
adjustable inner cooling
rotor,jacket stator,spiral return
flow tank,dynamic separate.The
material(indicate by red arrow
head) to into A milling area
first through piping,then go into
B area,after second milling go
into C area.The material flow out
through dynamic separate,while
the abrasive medium return to A
area through spiral return flow
tank to form full travel closed
circulation

Feature
1. This equipment adopts the
principle of slot type milling,so
the strength of separate milling
power is strong and lasting.This
kind of strong extrusion can
shear stress can not be done byu
normal Sand mill.So it is quite
suitable to mill the material
which is difficult to separate
such as black carbon,iron oxide
and with high requirement of
finess,such as paint and ink.

2. The milling chamber of
bipyramid slot type has the
advantage of high efficient
milling result,low consumption of
abrasive medium ,less residue in
the cylinder,low cost for
application.

3. Advanced double water cooling
system ,it can reach the
satisfied cooling result even the

4. The hand hydraulic system of
the cylinder is used it is easy

inverter to adjust the speed to
