  Detailed Description:

Product Name: Acrylic Modified Silicone Resin Emulsion
Item No.: SilibaseSR-6606
Performance and Use:
SilibaseSR-6606 Acrylic Modified Silicone Resin Emulsion is a nonionic, acrylic modified methylphenyl silicone resin emulsion widely used in heat resistant industrial coatings. It has excellent high temperature resistance and paint film decoration performance. Its varnish can withstand temperature up to 300℃, color paint can reach 500℃, and has very good compatibility with organic resin. It can be combined with water-based curing agent to achieve better room temperature and dry. And can be diluted in unlimited water.
Physical Index of SilibaseSR-6606 Acrylic Modified Silicone Resin Emulsion:
● Exterior: Milky white liquid
● Viscosity Brookfield 2# 50rpm, mpas: 100-300
● Solid content (150℃,2h),%: 50±2
Recommended Applications:
A wide range of industrial heat-resistant paint applications, especially for occasions with high decorative requirements, temperature resistance, and relatively good gloss and fullness of the paint film surface.
Packaging and Storage:
It is generally packed in 200kg and 50kg plastic drums; it is sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment at 5~36 SilibaseSR-6606 Acrylic Modified Methylphenyl Silicone Resin Emulsion. The quality period is generally 12 months from the date of production.
Construction Reference:
It is recommended to prepare an aqueous resin-free color paste, which is then used together with a resin emulsion; the resin emulsion has good room temperature self-drying property, and can impart initial protection and handling properties to the workpiece; however, if it is desired to obtain more excellent heat resistance Performance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to fully cure at 200-280℃ for 15-60 min; when used with waterborne polyurethane or amino curing agent, the low temperature curing properties of the coating can be achieved.
