POLYCAT SA-1 catalyst is a polyurethane catalyst with thermal sensitivity and delayed reaction. Under the condition of room temperature, the activity of POLYCAT SA-1 catalyst is very low. In the conventional amine catalyst system, POLYCAT SA-1 has little effect on the early reaction rate and fluidity during the foaming process. It mainly acts on the late stage of the foam reaction, which can greatly accelerate the curing time and shorten the demoulding time.
The appearance of the product is light gray liquid with low viscosity and slight amine smell. It is easily soluble in water and soluble in most organic solvents. It is easy to absorb carbon dioxide and moisture in the air, so please close the lid tightly and store in a sealed condition.
POLYCAT SA-1 is recommended to be used together with other conventional catalysts.
