Product Usage
Dabco XD-104 is an efficient tertiary amine catalyst used in polyurethane sole system;
Dabco XD-104 can be chemically incorporated into the polyurethane foam matrix, while improving the fluidity and skin curing of the sole foam system, shortening the demoulding time;
Dabco XD-104 can be used as a co-catalyst in combination with other main catalysts or delayed catalysts;
The recommended dosage of Dabco XD-104 used in the sole system is 0.1-1.5PPHP (per 100 parts of polyol).
