Introduction:

Dabco MP602 delayed catalyst is a delayed blocking non-emitted tertiary amine, which mainly promotes the reaction of urethane (polyol-isocyanate). Dabco MP602 delayed catalyst was developed for polyurethane cold curing foam molding system. Dabco MP602 delayed catalyst can be chemically reacted into the polyurethane foam substrate while maintaining or improving the foam performance in the molded foam system.

Recommendations:

Dabco MP602 delayed catalysts are used as cocatalysts in polyurethane foam molding applications along with common polyurethane catalysts or other non-emission catalysts to promote demolding or improve skin appearance.

In the polyurethane foaming system of cold aging high resilience sponge, the recommended usage of Dabco MP602 delayed catalyst is 0.10–0.40 pphp. In order to obtain performance, Dabco MP602 delayed catalyst should be used in combination with Dabco MP601 delayed catalyst. If you need to meet the OEM emissions test, we recommend using Dabco NE1070, Dabco NE300 and Dabco MP602 delayed catalyst.

 

Product Usage:

Dabco MP602 is a non-emission, delayed reaction amine catalyst, mainly used to promote the reaction of urethane (polyol-isocyanate); Dabco MP602 can be chemically incorporated into the polyurethane foam matrix, while still maintaining or even improving Foam properties in molded foam systems;

Dabco MP602 can provide good skin curing and can be demolded quickly to improve productivity;

Dabco MP602 can be used in cold-cured and heat-cured flexible molded polyurethane foam systems;

The recommended dosage of Dabco MP602 is 0.1-0.4PPHP (per hundred parts of polyol). DABCO MP602 and DABCO MP601 can be used together to obtain better product performance.

Storage and transportation:

Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

200KG/drum Storage: It is recommended to store in a dry and cool area with proper ventilation. After the original packaging, please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible to prevent the water and other substances from mixing into the product and affecting its performance. Store in a cool, dry place, keep the container sealed and avoid contact with oxides. Do not breathe dust, avoid skin and mucous membrane contact. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash it before reuse. Maintain good hygiene habits. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry, cool and properly ventilated place. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, because this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are not suitable and should be avoided as much as possible.
