Cationic surfactant for fiber alkali reduction
I. Product Nature
This product is a cationic Gemini surfactant with a special structure. The special structure inhibits its head-group separation force in the orderly aggregation process and greatly improves the surface activity. At the same time, this product is compared with conventional monoalkyl monoquaternary ammonium salts. Has a very low critical micelle concentration. It can quickly adsorb on the surface of ultra-fine polyester fiber in the treatment liquid, reducing the surface tension of the fiber. The negative ions in the Gemini cationic surfactant molecules adsorbed on the fiber surface undergo an ion exchange reaction with the OH– in the treatment solution, which is the transfer and enrichment of the OH– in the treatment solution. Collected on the surface of the fiber, so that OH– has more opportunities and easier to attack the carbon atoms on the partially positively charged carbonyl group in the polyester fiber molecule, causing the ester bond to break, thereby completing the hydrolysis .
