NT CAT T-120 is a strong gelling catalyst that catalyzes the reaction of -OH and -NCO in the polyurethane industry;
Compared with T-12, NT CAT T-120 has higher catalytic activity, better hydrolysis resistance and stable storage. It is mainly used for polyurethane glue, microporous elastomer and hard foam.
Tin Catalyst Dabco T-12
Dabco T-12 (dibutyltin dilaurate) is an organotin compound with a high boiling point. It is used as a high-efficiency catalyst in the manufacture of polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives and sealants. Although pure dibutyltin dilaurate is solid at room temperature, our company’s Dabco T-12 has been specially treated and is in a liquid state above 18°C. The physical properties of T-12 may change due to climate change. If there is any change, customers should warm T-12 to 65℃.
Dabco T-12 catalyst is of great use in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane. In applications where the use of amino catalysts alone shows insufficient catalysis, organometallics such as Dabco T-12 catalysts can produce a synergistic effect of increased activity with Dabco amino catalysts and are therefore suitable for the manufacture of rigid foams requiring high-speed catalysis. Foam for high-density structures, sprayed wall insulation glue and rigid plates are all manufactured in high-speed production lines.
Dabco T-12 can be applied to single-component moisture-curing polyurethane coatings, two-component coatings, adhesives and sealing layers.
