Product Usage:

Dabco TMR-2 is a tertiary amine catalyst used to promote polyisocyanurate reaction (trimerization reaction). Compared with potassium catalyst, it can control the initiation reaction evenly;

Dabco TMR-2 catalyst is used in rigid foam applications and provides better flowability than Dabco TMR catalysts. It can also be used in post-curing of flexible molded foam applications.

DABCO TMR-2 is used for polyisocyanurate (PIR), but the reaction is relatively mild, which can shorten the release time of rigid foam; it is mainly used for rigid polyurethane foam, such as plates, refrigerator combination materials, etc. DABCO TMR-2 catalyst is a quaternary amine salt catalyst, mainly used for making polyurethane rigid foam, which has the advantages of improving the mechanical and technological properties of foam, shortening the foam curing time and reducing the residual content of -NCO in the foam, thus improving the overall performance of the foam Features.

DABCO TMR-2 is a quaternary amine salt catalyst with low dosage. The amount of catalyst is 1%-5% of isocyanate. It can be used in rigid foam systems such as various polyurethanes and polyisocyanates.
