Dabco NE210 is a non-emission amine equilibrium catalyst that can react into the polyurethane matrix, so it will not produce emissions;
Dabco NE210 is suitable for all molded foam and high-density foam applications to meet VDA278 and other OEM distribution regulations;

The recommended dosage of Dabco NE210 is 0.50 to 1PPHP (per 100 parts of polyol) in the MDI system, and 0.40 to 0.70PPHP in the TDI system.
DABCO NE210 polyurethane foaming catalyst is the second generation of new non-emission (NE) foaming catalyst, which forms a chemical bond with the polyurethane foam matrix and maintains diphenylmethylene diisocyanate (MDI) Or toluene diisocyanate (TDI) system foam performance.
DABCO NE210 is used in automobile manufacturing to eliminate windshield fog water droplets and polyethylene plastic pollution caused by odor and volatile emissions. This catalyst can be combined with other non-volatile catalysts such as DabcoNE1070 or used alone with conventional auxiliary catalysts to reduce the emission of volatiles and odors. The analysis of the gas above the dynamic liquid level according to the standard OEM VDA278 method of the original automobile manufacturer shows that the Dabco NE210 catalyst has no volatile emissions. These results confirm that the catalyst has been completely combined with the foam matrix. The determination of vapor pressure shows that the volatility of this catalyst is much lower than the current industry standards, which means that the volatility of the catalyst on the foam production line is greatly reduced.

Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash it before reuse. Maintain good hygiene habits. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry and cool place with proper ventilation. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, because this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are not suitable and should be avoided as much as possible.
